The March edition of Western Cape Scouter is out!
Make sure you read the Jambo’niqua 2021 article which highlights the fantastic experience had by Scouts and Guides in the Outeniqua district, George. Of course though, you should read all the other articles too!
It is most pleasing to see how there is so much Scouting activity on the go with the lifting of some Covid restrictions. We have seen large events being the Rayner Trophy and the Kon-Tiki raft building weekend take place which Meerkats, Cubs, Scouts and judges enjoyed. Currently PLTU is running. Badge courses have resumed in a big way. Sandvlei is open again. There is truly much joy to be had in Scouting as we slowly move into a hopefully new and less restrictive phase of the pandemic. There are so many fantastic and happy scouting stories to be told and once again some of these are reflected in this edition of the Western Cape Scouter. Perhaps there are other untold stories so you are always welcome to send them to me.
