The Regional Meerkat Leadership Team have made equipment available that is stored at Regional HQ. In order to book the equipment please follow the steps below:

1. Confirm your event does not clash using the calendar below
2. Complete the Equipment Booking Form
3. Wait for the Regional Team to confirm your booking via the email you provided
4. Collect the equipment for your event
5. Return the equipment to HQ and advise of any damage/loss
