The Upton Shield started on the corner of Berg Street/Upland Road in Wellington and finished at Hawequas Scout Adventure Centre. Conditions were most pleasant, despite the potential for rain forecasted earlier in the week. Congratulations to 1st Claremont for retaining the Upton Shield and coming second as well. Well done to the 2nd Bergvliet for coming third. Thanks to Lawrence Stanton and his team for running the competition.
