The December edition of Western Cape Scouter is out!
It has been a bit of a rush for me to get the Western Cape Scouter out before the end of 2022 but here it is nevertheless. It is fantastic to be able to report on the successful 23rd Senior Scout Adventure for the first time in 6 years.
There are a few Groups who are submitting articles on what is happening in their Dens, Packs and Troops but more such articles from other Groups, Districts and Rovers are always welcome.
Although my term as RTC Scout Programme ends this year, I will still be around to do other jobs, some of which are already defined. Many thanks to all those who have assisted in staffing and running badge courses and competitions, Star Awards and the management of Springbok Scouts since 2015. Lets welcome Monet.
