The annual Edward Shield for Cubs took place on 25 October at the 1st Strand Scout Hall. The theme for 2025 was “Stranded” and teams were invited to put their cubs’ skills, creativity, and problem-solving to the test. Teams from 19 different cub packs took up the challenge to showcase their talents and enjoyed a fun-filled day with fellow Scouts. The Edward Shield was won by 1st Muizenberg who also won the 2024 competition.
