It’s that time of the year again!

Below please find the Star Pack assessment form for 2016.  The evaluation period is from 1 January to 31 December 2016.  As in the past, all Packs are to be assessed please – this must be undertaken by an Adult Support team member (aka DC/ ADC Cubs) in your District.

All assessment forms are to be submitted by 14 January 2017.
